Iberia Conditions

We are pleased to inform you that, thanks to the collaboration agreement with the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, IBERIA offers discount vouchers on flights to players enrolled in the Academy’s weekly programs.

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

Junior programs with and without accommodation:

· €600 discount voucher on national and international flights for reservations originating in Spain or Europe to Palma de Mallorca.

· €1,200 discount voucher on international flights for reservations outside of Spain or European territory.

The discount voucher provided by IBERIA applies to national and international flights to Palma de Mallorca on routes operated by Iberia, Iberia Express, and Air Nostrum. This voucher must be used within 10 days of receipt (afterwards it will cease to be valid).

WHO CAN ACCESS THE PROMOTION?

· The offer is personal and non-transferable, and only the holder of the reservation or the person registered in the sports program with accommodation at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar can benefit.

· Offer valid only for reservations with entry after September 30.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

· The promotion is subject to availability of places and must coincide with the dates on which the stay at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar has been reserved.

. Only those who complete the form that will be received once the reservation is confirmed will receive the discount voucher, at the email address with which the reservation was formalized. The form must be completed within ten days of receipt.

· The discount voucher provided by IBERIA applies only to flights to Palma de Mallorca on routes operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Air Nostrum.

. The voucher must be used within ten days of receipt, after which it will cease to be valid.

· The discount voucher can be applied to a single reservation.

·Applies exclusively to IBERIA Basic and Optimal flight rates (always booking through the Iberia website).

· Applies only to reservations with a Flexible Rate with Advance Payment rate.

· Reservations made and paid between 24/09/2024 and 31/12/2024.

*Reservations that include 8 or more junior players or 8 or more adult rooms at the Rafa Nadal Residence are considered a group.

IN CASE OF CHANGE OF DATES OR CANCELLATION

· If you cancel your stay/participation in the program, your flights will be cancelled.

· The management of flights for reservations confirmed and paid less than 7 days before arrival is not guaranteed in any way.

· IBERIA will respect the same reservation cancellation conditions.

· If the cost of the flight is higher than the amount of the voucher, the client will have to pay the remaining part.

· If the cost of the flight is less than the amount of the voucher, the customer will not be able to use the remaining credit on future reservations.

DISCOUNT FLIGHT BOOKING PROCESS

· Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from Rafa Nadal Academy with a form that you must complete within 10 days. Once this is completed and the reservation is paid, you will receive an email from IBERIA, within 4/5 days. in which they will provide you with the corresponding discount code for booking flights on www.iberia.com (remember that you will only receive this email if your reservation has a minimum stay of 7 nights and complies with the conditions of the promotion). · Once you receive the code, you will have to check www.iberia.com if IBERIA has routes that cover your travel needs to Palma de Mallorca.

· If you find your route, you can book your flights online by applying the discount code before completing the purchase process.
