Wellness programs Fitness & Health Adults

Wellness Camp Adult

  • 2 program options: Full week or Half week.
  • 5 hours of training (Yoga, Pilates Machines, Slow Gap) in the full week program or 3 hours in the half week program.
  • 2 Spa treatment sessions.
  • 2 “Off court” sessions (2 hours, 1 hour for the mid-week program)

  • 2 different training levels: Crossfit/Hyrox or Functional.
  • 2 program options: Full Week or Half Week.
  • 5 hours of training (3 hours for the mid-week program)
  • 1 session of Functional Assessment (1 hour)

If you wish to complement your wellness program, we have additional services designed to support your health. From personalized sessions to prepare the body, to recovery or cryotherapy sessions, among others. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.
