The Padel & Fitness Camp Adult is for adults is a versatile program that adapts completely to the level of each player. This makes it an ideal stage for both beginners and experienced players looking for a higher level of technification.
In this program you will improve your technical and tactical game while enjoying small group training sessions that will allow you to learn and compete with players from all over the world. You will do daily paddle training sessions and specific physical preparation sessions that will help you improve your general physical condition and your movements on the court.
We apply our own training methodology, designed based on the experience acquired by our technical team in the world of competition, from the lower categories to the professional level.
The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar has 6 outdoor padel courts and 6 fully equipped indoor courts, managed by a first class technical team.
This camp has a duration of 6 days (7 nights), with arrival and departure on Sunday. Group paddle classes (maximum of four people) are held from Monday to Saturday, leaving Sundays free for rest or other activities. Fitness sessions are held from Monday to Friday.
On Sundays there are no paddle lessons, training sessions can be made up on another day of the week, subject to availability, or reimbursed.
The Padel & Fitness Camp Adult can be booked year-round, but is subject to availability. We also offer the Padel & Fitness Camp Adult Half Week (4-night stay).

Dentro de nuestras instalaciones en Manacor, Mallorca, contamos con varios edificios principales: Academia : Es el «campamento base» para los jugadores junior y tiene acceso restringido. Alberga la residencia tutelada, la Escuela Rafa Nadal y zonas comunes de descanso. Residencia Rafa Nadal : Puede ser visitada por el público en general. Incluye alojamiento para adultos o familias. Además de pistas de tenis de gran calidad (cubiertas, semicubiertas, tierra batida y duras), cuenta con gimnasio de última generación, spa, piscina cubierta y descubierta, pistas de pádel, restaurantes y cafetería, tiendas y el Museo Rafa Nadal. También contamos con la Clínica Deportiva Quirónsalud, un servicio integral y multidisciplinar para fomentar la práctica deportiva en las mejores condiciones médicas.
El idioma principal en la Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar es el tenis y el amor por el deporte.
En el programa anual una evaluación del idioma inglés es parte del procedimiento de admisión a este programa.
En el campamento de verano y en los programas semanales asisten jugadores de todo el mundo y el idioma común en la pista es el inglés. Muchos de nuestros empleados hablan varios idiomas.
Tenemos jugadores de diferentes niveles y la media de entrenamiento es de entre 4 y 6 horas semanales. Al principio del programa, los entrenadores evalúan el nivel de los jugadores y los colocan en grupos de entrenamiento por semana según su nivel y edad.
