What is included
12 hours of padel training per week (Monday to Saturday) in small groups (court/player ratio: 1/3).
Sports psychology session.
Sports Nutrition Workshop.
Session of specific joint mobility for the technical gesture of paddle and prevention of shoulder injuries.
Muscle Recovery Session and Prevention of hip and ankle injuries.
Core session focused on trunk stabilization work.

4 nights accommodation at the Rafa Nadal Residence.

In the Padel & Prevention Camp Adult program you will improve your technical and tactical game while enjoying small group training sessions that will allow you to learn and compete with players from all over the world.
In this camp you will do daily paddle training sessions and health and prevention sessions that will help you prepare your body for sports practice, minimizing the risk of suffering an injury. The prevention sessions will work on aspects such as nutrition, motor skills and the mind-body connection through workshops and practical exercises.
Our coaches at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar test all players at the beginning of the program to assign them to a training group according to their game.
This program has a duration of 6 days (7 nights), with arrival and departure on Sunday. Group paddle classes (always in groups of less than four people) are held from Monday to Saturday, leaving Sundays free for rest or other activities. Health & Injury Prevention sessions are held Monday through Friday.

Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca, we have several main buildings:
Academy: This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common areas for relaxation.
Rafa Nadal Residence: can be visited by the general public. Includes accommodation for adults or families. In addition to top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-covered, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum.
We also have the Quirónsalud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
The main language at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar is tennis and love for the sport.
In the annual program an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program.
In the summer camp and weekly programs we have players from all over the world attending and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
We have players of different levels and the average training is between 4 and 6 hours per week. At the beginning of the program, the coaches evaluate the level of the players and place them in training groups per week according to their level and age.
