International Padel Camp & Fitness Camp Adult Half Week

What is included
6 hours of paddle tennis training per week (2 hours per day) during 3 days of your choice: Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday (court/player ratio: 1/3).
2 hours of group fitness (1 hour per day Monday and Tuesday or 1 hour per day Thursday and Friday, depending on the option chosen) (trainer/player ratio: 1/6).

Do you want to improve your padel with the coaches of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar? In the half-week Padel & Fitness Camp for adults you will enjoy training sessions in small groups (maximum 4 people) with players from all over the world.
In addition, you will increase your performance on the court thanks to group fitness sessions specifically designed to improve your padel game. Our coaches will evaluate your game at the beginning of the camp and assign you a training group adapted to your level.
Group camps are the ideal choice to elevate your game, enjoy and share your passion for paddle tennis with players from all over the world. This program has a duration of 4 days and 3 nights of stay. Players may choose the option of arrival on Sunday and departure on Thursday or the option of arrival on Wednesday and departure on Sunday. This program is also available without accommodation to suit your needs.

Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca, we have several main buildings:
Academy: This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common areas for relaxation.
Rafa Nadal Residence: can be visited by the general public. Includes accommodation for adults or families. In addition to top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-covered, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum.
We also have the Quirónsalud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
The main language at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar is tennis and love for the sport.
In the annual program an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program.
In the summer camp and weekly programs we have players from all over the world attending and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
We have players of different levels and the average training is between 4 and 6 hours per week. At the beginning of the program, the coaches evaluate the level of the players and place them in training groups per week according to their level and age.
