The methodology
“The foundation of my method is to develop players who enjoy learning, and to achieve this, control is essential. Mastering the ball (and, by extension, the game situation) makes exercises more dynamic and entertaining, facilitating deeper and more meaningful learning.”
Control allows you to experience new experiences and face different situations, discovering the tension of the game and the competition with your opponent. To achieve this, we’ll focus on the point of impact, a key aspect of padel tennis, as the ball can be positioned either in front of or behind the body, which influences hitting technique. By focusing on this point, we simplify execution and decision-making. To this, we’ll add proper biomechanical efficiency, prioritizing natural movements.
By combining these elements, we will develop technically and tactically stronger players, which will inevitably lead to improved play. As a result, they will feel more motivated, achieve better results, and thus foster their confidence and desire to compete.
