International Christmas Tennis Camp Adult

What is included
12 hours of technical tennis training per week. Ratio track/player 1:4.
4 hours of specific physical preparation in group.
3 hours of “Off Court” activities.
Closing ceremony. Diploma Awards and tasting of local products.
New Year’s Eve only (31 Dece): lucky grapes and DJ (22 pm to 2 am at Club House).

During the weeks of December and January, the Academy will open its doors to all players over 18 years old who wish to enjoy an unforgettable experience in one of the best high performance sports centers in the world.
This full Camp for adult players will be held from December 22nd to December 29th, 2024, and from December 29th to January 5th 2025. This experience, available to amateur players, includes technical and tactical tennis training, competition, physical preparation, and fun group social activities.
The participants of the Christmas Tennis Camp Adult will improve their technique, physical condition and on-court skills with the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar training system in an incomparable setting.
Additionally, you will have free time to participate in leisure activities and indulge in the best dining experience, including special Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners.

Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca, we have several main buildings:
Academy: This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common areas for relaxation.
Rafa Nadal Residence: can be visited by the general public. Includes accommodation for adults or families. In addition to top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-covered, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum.
We also have the Quirónsalud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
The main language at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar is tennis and love for the sport.
In the annual program an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program.
In the summer camp and weekly programs we have players from all over the world attending and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
We have players of different levels and the average training is between 4 and 6 hours per week. At the beginning of the program, the coaches evaluate the level of the players and place them in training groups per week according to their level and age.
