High Performance Tennis Camps
- 22 hours of high intensity tennis training. Ratio 1:3.
- 30 min of individual tennis training. Ratio 1:1 (one session per week per player).
- 6.25 hours of specific physical preparation.
- 3 training sessions on nutrition, injury prevention and wellness.
